Nintendo Says Children Shouldn't Play 3DS

Anyone else highly confused that Nintendo - a company known for making kid friendly games - is warning against kids playing their Nintendo 3DS with the 3D turned on? Apparently kids under seven shouldn't even be watching 3D movies (Toy Story 3 lawsuit anyone?) and this isn't supposed to be anything new coming out.

"We will recommend that very young children not look at 3D images," warned Fils-Aime, adding, "That's because, [in] young children, the muscles for the eyes are not fully formed...This is the same messaging that the industry is putting out with 3D movies, so it is a standard protocol," he explained. "We have the same type of messaging for the Virtual Boy, as an example."

Xbox 360 Slim Already Breaking Down

Microsoft just announced the Xbox Slim at E3 last week, and wouldn't you know it, but the new systems are ALREADY breaking down and suffering from the same Red Ring of Death problem that the system already had.

Footage and pics at the link provided, but it's definitely a NSFW website. You have been warned!

    PS Move Priced

"The Move will be released in North America on September 19, preceded by a European release on September 15, and a Japanese release on October 21. The Move controller itself will cost $49.99 on its own, and the navigation controller (the nunchuk-like attachment) will run you $29.99. A bundle with both pieces, as well as the required PlayStation Eye and a copy of Sports Champions, will be available for $99.99, and another bundle with all of that and a PlayStation 3 system will be released for $399.99."

Sony Announces PS3-Exclusive 'Dead Space 2' Limited Edition

When it comes to multiplatform games, I generally always go with the Xbox 360 version. Things might have to change when Dead Space 2 comes out, because it was just recently announced at E3 that the PS3 will be getting a limited edition version of the game, complete with a PS Move supported edition of Dead Space: Extraction. Two games in one package - sounds great.
